By May of 1965 John Coltrane had integrated a 12 tone approach with a 36 pitch system, rapid register change, micro-tonal overblowing and mountains of fourths, not unlike Beethoven. These then are the main ingerdients along with haunting powerful lyricism. From JCQ "PLAYS to " five months after recording A Love Supreme his multidimensional line approach was masterfully together. So from the session in May 65 I have transcribed Brazilia a twenty seven page trane transcription. Also to be included are: Resolution, Aknowledgement, Pursuance, Giant Steps, Song of Praise, Mars, Jupiter, and Venus.
